Refund policy

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive your item. To cancel, email us at curiovale.shop@gmail.com with your order number, or send us the model cancellation form below. If you cancel before your order has been dispatched, we will refund you in full.

Returning items

Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Please do not send returns to our registered office – they cannot be accepted there.

Refunds

We will refund the price you paid for the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to your original payment method. We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than was necessary to inspect it.

Faulty or not as described

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will offer a full refund, including any return costs.
