Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK.

Dispatch and delivery times

Our products are shipped from our supplier's warehouse in China. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees; if your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping cost

Free delivery on all orders to Great Britain. There are no additional charges at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email curiovale.shop@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
