1. Who we are

This website is operated under the trading name Whimtrove by Curio Vale Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17471479, whose registered office is at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact: curiovale.shop@gmail.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Whimtrove / Curio Vale Ltd.

2. Our contract with you

When you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched, at which point a contract is formed between you and us. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and will not charge you.

3. Products

We sell decorative desk ornaments and novelty gifts. Images are for illustration; small variations in colour and finish may occur. Our products are decorative items, not toys, and are not intended for children under 14.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total price, including delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland, in the Scottish courts.
